Recent Delegate

Having worked with Jennie for a number of years, we had the confidence to make the change from the old ISO9001:2008 and push for ISO9001:2015 as soon as possible. We were one of the very first UK companies to be awarded the new 2015 standard, at our audit on 7 October 2015. It was a great team effort and could not have been achieved without Jennie.  Since then Jennie has helped us develop and improve our system as our business changes and grows and her expertise and knowledge is much valued by our business.

SHEQ Manager who commissioned bespoke 14001 training for his audit team

Jennie’s real life examples and personal experiences particularly helped my learning.  I had 1:1 training with Jennie so couldn’t have asked for more.

I have to say I was dreading the 5 day Lead Auditor programme expecting it to be death by Powerpoint.  Jennie made it one of the best courses I’ve ever been on.  Her ability to put across the concepts and share personal experience to bring added context, her sense of humour and the pace at which we worked made the week fly by.  The exam was awful as expected but I was fully prepared for it and was able to answer all the questions based on what I’d learnt.  And I passed!

Thank you again for coming into our business  – super training and the timing of it for our Management review and Audit program is great.   It has certainly given us so many ideas as well as the others who attended the training.

(Quality Manager who commissioned in-house bespoke programme to bring the internal audit team up to speed with ISO9001:2015)

To me Management Review was just the most pointless meeting we held in the business.  It always ended up being a chance for muck to be chucked and for everyone to duck the issues.  I managed to miss the first meeting Jennie was involved in but having heard the feedback from the others I decided to give the next one, held a month later, a go.  Couldn’t believe how powerful a forum it was, how much Jennie drew everything together and how much we learnt about working as a team to resolve issues.   I guess the biggest message was that the customer doesn’t care which department was to ‘blame’ for the problem, they just saw us as one organisation, equally at fault.  That really hit home.
