Who are we?
Elliem Ltd was formed in 2010 by management systems expert and author Jennie Clark.
With many years experience of developing and implementing business management systems, and running complex production environments the team are able to bring their skills to your business and to help you develop and expand your management systems understanding. Jennie is a Chartered Quality Professional and both she and Bernard are qualified Lead Auditors and hold NEBOSH certification.
A Chartered Quality Professional and Registered Consultant with the CQI, Jennie provides consultancy services to a range of SME’s and works as a 3rd party certification body auditor for 2 of the UK’s major players.
Marsha is a major contributor to our learning programmes. She brings experience of consultancy and audit to the team, together with a sense of humour and some really innovative ideas for learning materials.
Bernard is the brains behind the system admin and responsible for managing our CRM. With many years of experience in industry he understands the importance of delivering the right learning, the right way and at the right time.

I have to say I was dreading the 5 day Lead Auditor programme expecting it to be death by Powerpoint. Jennie made it one of the best courses I’ve ever been on. Her ability to put across the concepts and share personal experience to bring added context, her sense of humour and the pace at which we worked made the week fly by. The exam was awful as expected but I was fully prepared for it and was able to answer all the questions based on what I’d learnt. And I passed!

To me Management Review was just the most pointless meeting we held in the business. It always ended up being a chance for muck to be chucked and for everyone to duck the issues. I managed to miss the first meeting Jennie was involved in but having heard the feedback from the others I decided to give the next one, held a month later, a go. Couldn’t believe how powerful a forum it was, how much Jennie drew everything together and how much we learnt about working as a team to resolve issues. I guess the biggest message was that the customer doesn’t care which department was to ‘blame’ for the problem, they just saw us as one organisation, equally at fault. That really hit home.
